Thought for the day: someone should form a cover band of The Shins called The Shinguards.

While digging through some older files, I came across an unfinished digital piece based on Alexi Murdoch’s “Orange Sky”. I think I stopped working on it because I didn’t like the direction it was going, but found I liked it upon rediscovering it. I’ve touched it up and decided to share it.

There are few people who can hear any one of Jenny Lewis’s songs and not instantly fall in love. Seeing her sing these songs, though? Good luck finding your heart as it skips into eternity.
